Answer a few quick questions about your home, we’ll then show you the perfect boilers with a breakdown of price for each. You choose the right boiler and pick a preferred survey date and our friendly customer service team will call you up to confirm.

Online purchase

Choose to purchase a brand new boiler online, so you can either pay in full with a £100 deposit or apply for a finance plan. You’ll then be taken to our lenders online portal to fill in your financial details – just remember credit is subject to status and affordability. All of this can be done in the comfort of your own home within 10 minutes.

Survey

We offer 3 different survey options – a home, video or photo survey. All 3 requires a surveyor to check your current central heating system. A surveyor can come to your property for a home survey or can video call you via WhatsApp for a video survey. A photo survey is on offer for online purchases only, where we ask for certain pictures of your system – we’ll email over examples to explain everything we need.

Installation

On your chosen install date our Gas Safe Registered engineer will arrive to install your brand-new boiler. On average installations take about a day, but it all depends on the amount of work needed and could take up to 3 days. Our engineers will do a professional job, clean up after themselves and will even show you how to use your boiler to get the most out of it.

Aftercare

After installation we’ll get in touch with your boiler’s manufacturer to register your warranty – we’ll even send a letter of confirmation with all relevant details. Post-installation we give you the full VIP treatment and check-in with you to ensure you’re happy – if there are any issues we’ll make sure to sort them out as quickly as possible.

Service

We don’t just install your boiler and you never hear from us again, no we’re with you for the long run. We’ll even get in touch to remind you when your annual service is due, so we can guarantee your warranty stays valid – we’ve got you covered.
